[wp-testers] New tag cloud widget

I have been developing a new theme for my blog, and put it on hold 
waiting for WP 2.3.  During the testing of my theme, I found the tag 
cloud widget was sorely lacking in config options (read, none).  Knowing 
that the plan was
to keep the tag code minimal in 2.3, I hacked up my own configurable tag 
cloud plugin.  You can check it out on my dev server at
