The images in that zip can be changed, too. For all the sites I manage, I
have a wlwmanifest that's been up for awhile.  We have custom images for
each site.  If it's a self-hosted WP install, have fun with the icons that
display in WLW, as well as the text links that display in to blog-specific
box (top, right box).
