Beta 2 supports tag intersections and unions using the "tag" query variable.

Intersection of tags "foo" and "bar":   http://foo.bar/?tag=foo+bar

Union of "foo" and "bar": http://foo.bar/?tag=foo,bar

In pretty link form:  http://foo.bar/tag/foo+bar/  and
http://foo.bar/tag/foo,bar/
