[wp-testers] Post via email not working

Using 2.3 Beta 1

I have "post via email" set up in my options, but when I send an email  
to the designated email it doesn't appear on my blog.

When I navigate to http://flyingkiwis.co.nz/wp-mail.php, I get the  
following message:
