[wp-testers] 2.3.1 Beta 1

So far, so good. Upgraded to 2.3.1-beta1 a few moments ago, and everything's
gone without any problems so far. I updated my Windows Live Writer config
after the upgrade. Keywords now show up under post options. My test post
using tags worked without any problems.
