[wp-testers] Will 2.3.1 be merged with 2.3 and can I use 'svn up' to get it?

If you installed from the SVN repository instead of downloading a release,
you can just switch to the next version's tag when you're ready to upgrade.
If you installed on a linux box by typing:

svn co http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/tags/2.3/

You can upgrade with the svn switch command that Robin posted.
