If you've already tried the upgrade and had problems, drop your terms,
term_taxonomy, and term_relationships tables and decrement your db_version
to force a new upgrade.  The easiest way to decrement db_version is to edit
it with wp-admin/options.php or with phpmyadmin.

If you still have upgrade problems, sending me your categories, post2cat,
and link2cat tables is very helpful.  Export them with phpmyadmin or the
like.

There are still some things left to do, but most of the functionality is
