[wp-testers] Dogfooding 2.2.1

We already have several fixes in for 2.2.1.

If you want to help with testing but don't want to venture onto trunk
in its current alpha state, try dogfooding the 2.2 branch.  This
branch will see small, focused bug fixes only.  If we dogfood the 2.2
branch, it will be ready to go if and when we decide to do a point
release for security or maintenance reasons.  I figure we'll do 2.2.1
a month or so after 2.2.  I'd like to get the widget fixes out before
2.3 comes around.

With the time between releases so tight now, we won't be investing too
much effort in  point releases.  I think we'll be doing x.x.1
maintenance releases to address the main annoyances with the x.x
releases and then doing further point releases only for security
problems.
