[wp-testers] wp2.2 and PHP 5.2.2 issues

I'm testing RC 2.2 under Apache 2.2.4 and PHP 5.2.2,some problems occur

a) WordPress dashboard broken like this: http://www.owind.com/rsc/i/php5.2.2_error.jpg
b) The object-cache.php make some plugins output the malformed characters,i.e, the jeromes-keywords.php's tagcloud function.
