[wp-testers] Permission denied error after upgrading to RC1

Since upgrading to rc1, I'm getting the following error:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access
/blog/wp-admin/index-extra.phpon this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.


The last couple of days some work has been done on my site, so it might be
that the problem is with the hosting company, but I only noticed this after
going to rc1.
