[wp-testers] 2.2 rc1 Archive Widget and Manage Categories

Maybe we can do something with the hierarchy and the AJAX adding for 2.3?
I've got some ideas floating around already, and I'm sure Andy or mdawaffe
can whip up some JS magic.
