[wp-testers] Extra <br />'s Stripped

bump: devs, please take a look into & touch function wpautop()  
(wp-includes/formatting.php). if there would be a better documentation and  
a description what exactly the function should do, a lot of bad code could  
be thrown away into pixiedust.
