[wp-testers] TinyMCE in 2.1.2 not loading

I can duplicate it in Firefox 2.0.0.2 in Windows by refreshing a few times
until it messes up again, but not in IE6.  I'll try disabling some of my
extensions and seeing if I can figure out if one of them is messing it up.
It looks like it's just something on my end, so I won't open up a ticket on
trac, at least until I get a little more information.
