[wp-testers] Blogroll dissappear after 2.1 Upgrade!

This the the part of the code refering to:

<?php wp_get_links(1); ?>

There is a <?php wp_get_links(2); ?> & <?php wp_get_links(3); ?> that are
working properly. I cannot figure what's going on here...
