[wp-testers] Admin inconsistency

When creating or editing a post, there are several widgets to the right:

Categories
Discussion
Post Password
Post Slug
Post Status
Post Timestamp
Post Author

However, "Post Timestamp" and "Post Author" are followed by a colon --
non of the others are. Also, "Post Author" on for page editing is
followed by a colon.

This is has been present since 2.0, but it's still a pestering little
inconsistency. Can it be fixed in time for 2.1?
