I assume there were posts for this on the support forum.  Has anyone thought
to post those steps to that thread?  It might shake out a few more
testers...

I've created a zip with just the three changed files from 2.0.6 to 2.0.6.
That file is here: http://www.thecodecave.com/downloads/wp206to207rc2.zip
(Note that this file is relative to your blog directory and not to the root
with a wordpress directory underneath it. It contains just three files. So
just extract it, with paths to where your blog is installed.)
