[wp-testers] Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Not sure if this has come up before now, but anything that calls this:
require_once(ABSPATH . '/wp-includes/template-functions-links.php');

Falls over, messily.  Its definatly cause of the 2.1, cause I'm running an
identical plugin on a 2.06 blog and its chugging away happily.  

I solved it by simply commenting it out, but I'll look at it in more depth
later, unless this is a depreciated element - in which case I'll contact the
guy running the plugin that uses this and let him know :)
