As a new install? Or an inplace upgrade?

I went inplace from 2.0.5/2.0.6RC to 2.1b1 with no problems.

I assume you could dump and reload the database (search the web) and drop
that into a new 2.1 installation.

Is there a way to import the data from a 2.0.5 install into 2.1?
