Just for clarity: The issue at stake is whether it should be gettexted in
order to minimize the risk of the translators messing up and getting rid of
the burden it is to maintain and hard-translate several files. Of course the
translators should translate it no matter what. Furthermore, there's not
exactly much English in date formats. the order of the info and the issue of
the 12/24 hour clock is mainly what's being localized, I guess.
