[wp-testers] plugin activation problem in 2.1

Hey Mate,
Thanks heaps although the problem still persists.
We've possibly narrowed it down a little more though - the problem only
seems to happen on debian servers and it doesn't seem to actually matter
whether the server is using wordpress 2.1 or wordpress 2.0.1
