[wp-testers] No Thumbnail Generation in trunk rev 5845

I've not seen any changes the thumbnail code go in recently, so Just check
if the thumbnail has been generated in the uploads folder, Theres certain
server configurations where the thumbnail isnt readable by the server due
to permissions not being set.
