[wp-testers] Regarding wp_dropdown_categories

I'm trying to document in Codex, the wp_dropdown_categories template and its
various parameters.

Could someone explain the intention for the 'show_option_all' and
'show_option_none' parameters.

There is a note in the wp_list_categories page in Codex that the
'show_option_all' has no effect at 2.1.

Thanks for any guidance on this.
