Of course you can always get the schema for your particular version by
looking at /wp-admin/upgrade-schema.php.  Just highlight each occurrence of
"CREATE TABLE" and you'll see all of the tables you should have in a pure
install.

BTW ignore the list of "Our Tables" in "/wp-includes/wp-db.php".  In 2.0.4,
it is missing UserMeta and has four obsolete (option related) tables that
are floating around in there still...  Variables of the Undead...
