Too bad there isn't a way to uniquely identify WP tables from the plugin
tables. I've got tables in my database that are unknown to me and I am
hesitant to delete them, so obviously I just leave them. All of the tables I
have are wp_tablename save for Chris J. Davis' plugin, which is prefixed by
cjd_tablename. I suppose that there's no real way to "enforce" this issue,
but it may help to document in Codex a preferred methodology for naming
tables, i.e., in Chris' example stated already.
