[wp-testers] Migrating 2.01 to 2.1

I tried that, but it doesn't seem to work entirely. It works for everything
except for pages and posts. If I log into phpMyAdmin and look at the
database tables all the posts and pages are there, Wordpress just isn't
recognizing them. However, it recognizes everything else perfectly -
categories, users, plugins, etc.

yoursite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php should do it, just like a normal upgrade;
it has for me, at least.
