Hi Windows SysTesters,

Does anyone have a system similar to:
Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition / Windows XP Pro SP2
IIS 6 / IIS 5.1
PHP ISAPI - V 4.3.11
MySQL - V 4.1.18-nt

To confirm / reproduce #2955
