[wp-testers] Database Upgrade to 2.1

Actually no. Completely distinct naming conventions in my case. Of  
course rows in the now defunct Link Cat table would have identical  
ID's to some in the Categories  table because both auto-incremented  
from 1. But that is the only attribute they might have in common.
