K2 and the sidebar widgets plugin both add submenu items to the
Presentation (theme.php) admin menu item by calling add_submenu_page()
with an access level parameter of '5' rather than one of the newer
capabilities.

When either K2 or the widgets plugin is active in a version 2.1alpha3
site, a user with 'editor' capabilities will see a 'Presentation' link
to themes.php in the admin menu, but on clicking that link the user sees
"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." 

In a version 2.0 site the editor user does not see the 'Presentation'
link at all when the sidebar widgets plugin or the K2 theme is active.

Is the behaviour of version 2.1 in these circumstances intentional?
