[wp-testers] Write Post Toolbar Missing Icons and Category bullets

With 2.1-alpha1 at revision 3671

1. The Write Post tool bar is only showing the Bold, Italics, Split Posts
with More, Spellcheck, and Help icons.

2. The Categories section now has each category aligned in the middle with a
bullets that make it look different than other sections such as Discussion
or Post Status.
