Thanks for confirmation.  We need help confirming most i18n fixes.  In 
general, I like to get feedback from non-Latin and RTL users too.  Many 
i18n fixes we get only work for Western languages due to ISO-8859-1 and 
LTR assumptions.  This particular fix seems to be okay.
