[wp-testers] Site broke with latest update

Yup, I saw the same thing.  Re-ran my update script & could log into the
admin section.  Required a db update, but something minor was broke.  Most
of the site was available.

I get no such file or directory for wp-settings.php

I noticed that wp-settings.php was one of the changed files.

Any others face this too?
