[wp-testers] Default theme

IMO, Kubrick should remain the default theme. When people see Kubrick, 
they think WordPress and it's a good lookin' theme.

However, I think a basic, blank theme should also ship with WordPress. A 
"customize me!" theme of sorts. One that's a lot easier for people to 
customize without having to start from scratch.
