[wp-testers] how do I change the upload directory?

I'm going from the cvs version to the stable version after this, but
somehow my download directory was changed from /home/htodd/some-path/ to
/usr/home/htodd/some-path/. I went directly into the db and changed the
entry, but I was wondering if there was an admin entry to change this.
