You'll have to remember that the entire WordPress 2.0 Package is less
than a megabyte. Creating a torrent for this would cost about 20 to
30K of diskspace, and since there are lots of people volunteering to
mirror the WordPress 2.0 Package, bandwidth consumption shouldn't a
issue with the distrubition.
