[wp-testers] Redirect for Nightly Builds

It seems that the location of the nightly builds has cropped up on
this list more times in the past two weeks than in the entire previous
year. Maybe there should be a permanent redirect in place or at least
change the "A nightly?" link on the 404 page to point to the correct
location. Unless of course the point is to try and prevent Joe User
from downloading a nightly, and in that case, disregard this message.
