[wp-testers] Nightly Builds

If I'm doing something straight onto my linux server, I'll always grab the
.tar.gz file with wget.  If I want to download something onto my Windows
desktop first, I prefer the zip.  The native support in WinXP is far more
convenient than using another piece of software, as much as I like 7-zip.
