[wp-testers] Codex - 1.6/2.0

Hmm...
The Codex needs some updating.

Is it fair to simply move the 1.6 page to 2.0 and change the text to be
clear that it's complete? I'm not sure if all of the listed feature (
http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_1.6) made it in, and if so, which did.
