[wp-testers] /page/ issue

I'm running 2.0.1 and noticed a problem. If you have your blog entries set
up with a prefix (/news/ for me), categories and archives display under that
prefix (e.g., /news/category/uncategorized/) -- this is the way I want it to
work. But /page/ for strolling through the archives ignores the prefix.

See the problem in action: http://saisystemsllc.com/news -- it's not a real
issue until you go to the most recent page, which is just a home page,
causing problems if you have a static home page (like I do here).
