[wp-testers] Problem with /%category%/ permalink

I've had this problem since 1.5, and was told it was something to do 
with the way Apache 1.3 works with rewrites, and that it should work 
fine with Apache 2.

As I don't have that (or know of any hosts that would be suitable that 
do) I can't test that theory.
