[wp-testers] Disappearing Posts: Not a Bug, But a Problem

I don't know if this is because my server is slow, but I believe I've 
tracked down a "problem" with WordPress that's not in the code.

I'm using WP2.01 with a footnote plug-in and a few other plug-ins as 
well. I was typing a post last night and the text entry screen (old 
style) went blank. Everything I'd entered disappeared. I wrote it off to 
a momentary glitch caused by my exhaustion and giddiness over the 
Steelers Super Bowl victory (Go Steelers! Woohoo!). This morning, it 
happened again.

After much playing around, I believe I can replicate the error. If the 
"Write" page is not finished loading and you begin typing into the text 
area, when the page finishes loading, the material typed in the text 
area disappears. One must ensure that the page has finished loading 
before one begins typing. As far as I know, this has nothing to do with 
the code.

Does my analysis of this kind of glitch sound reasonable?
