[wp-testers] Latest Error message

This time I downloaded the latest nightly build (wordpress-2006-02-03.tar.gz)
and I didn't possibly follow the upgrade procedures and I definitely did not
disable my plugins.  In fact I'm not much of a tester right now, I'm in China
and I'm tired.

However here is the errors that now appear on the top of my blog:
