[wp-testers] Dashboard link

Do you have an empty Index.php file in your plugins directory? If so,
rename it to HTML and it will work fine.

In the ADMIN panel, if I click on DASHBOARD all I get is the title bar
and a blank page with a footer. No dashboard content shows up. Using 2.1
Alpha 2.
