[wp-testers] Login Issue

I don't know if this is known already, but when I log
in with a user that is "Inactive", I get redirected
over to "wp-admin/profile.php" but all I see is the
message "You do not have sufficient permissions to
access this page."

Also, is there such a thing as a "Registered User"
like in the current public version? I use that as a
"read-only" user for my CMS sites, and I'm wondering
if Inactive is the right word to use...
