[wp-testers] Features request: Admin Bar

I was wondering if there was any thoughts about having
an admin bar like the one at wordpress.com in the
normal regular version of wordpress.

Confused by what I mean is the admin bar?

I just think it could come in handy and make it easy
to navigate around front and the backend.
