[wp-testers] Wordpress 1.6

At very minimum, move from Blogger to WP 1.5.1.2
<http://1.5.1.2>FIRST...and if you want to mess with WP
1.6 after that, it's something you can research and determine at that point.
Go stable FIRST, then decide if you want to go experimental.
