[wp-testers] TinyMCE not Loading

The file
"wp-includes/js/tinymce/tiny_mce_gzip.php?index=0&theme=advanced&plugins=wordpress,autosave,wphelp"
seems to refuse to load on a subdomain I have, using the latest
nightly (and a few previous builds, as well). It's the exact same
setup as my personal blog, and it works perfect. Yet on the subdomain,
the tiny_mce_gzip.php file refuses to load, showing only
"<html><body></body></html>" when viewed directly. Any idea what could
be causing this? I'm at a loss.
