[wp-testers] Beta 2 and permalink structure

I forgot something :

Even if the idea of making this new htaccess management is not recongnized
as a good idea, at least it would be hughly important to recommand people
upgrading from 1.5.x to 2.0 to backup their htaccess and use the old one
until plug in developper make their plug in compatible with the new system.
