[wp-testers] Cache on IIS

OK, I think this can be a fix.
Find the snippet:

> if (!mkdir($this->cache_dir))
> return;


Replace it with:

> if (!file_exists($this->cache_dir)) {
> echo "Please create the directory $this->cache_dir";


That will tell you the directory to create, hopefully.
