[wp-testers] Post slug duplicates

Alright two issues, both were present in 1.5, but still problems:
- If you have a post that's like /2004/11/graduation and then create
another post this November, it'll force /2004/11/graduation-2. When there is
a discriminating enough structure, is there any reason why it should change
it? (There is a plugin to aide this, "Singular" [which I'm going to test
soon to ensure it works on 2.0], but I see no reason why it should
change the slugs natively.
- If you have two pages that share a post slug (even if they have
different parent pages), it combines all of the posts under that slug. See:

http://g.hayfordoleary.com/cvm/about/.
Off on a tangent, is there any way to have pages alphabetized on the Manage
Pages area? (Rather, alphabetized by section, then again within that
section). For those who use WP for a large number of static pages (like me),
it can be frustrating to try to find the page for which you're looking on a
somewhat random list.
