[wp-testers] No image drag/drop

Confirmed. Big scrollbars - I'd guess it's an IE padding/margins issue, so a
bit of CSS tweaking might fix that. And drag and drop doesn't work. Same
result in IE7 beta, FWIW.

XP IE 6
I can upload an image.
I cannot drag / drop it.
I can in FF, but not in IE.

Also that image area in IE has scrollbars.
need screencaps ?
